Transitions 21 – Building Jobs and Careers of the Future

Jim Israel, CRC, LPC, CVE, NCC, founded Transitions 21, LLC in 1992 to provide comprehensive vocational rehabilitation counseling services to individuals in the Midwest Region along with a national outreach.  Transitions 21, provides services for individuals who have encountered or developed job related impediments from an array of physical and mental injuries or conditions. Vocational Rehabilitation attempts to bridge the gap between work barriers and suitable gainful re-employment.  We have worked extensively with federal, state government agencies, attorneys, insurance and private companies. Forensic expert cases includes Social Security Disability, workers’ compensation, long term disability, personal injury, medical malpractice, labor regulations, The American with Disabilities Act issues, and dissolution of marriage cases.
